These terms and conditions apply to the use of valerantio.com and the weekly Eco-newsletter of Valerantio B.V.
1. Nature of the website
Valerantio is an editorial knowledge platform and provides general information on renewable energy, nature protection and Dutch agriculture. The content is not intended as professional advice and cannot be relied upon as such.
2. Use of the content
Articles, images and summaries on valerantio.com are protected by copyright. You may quote passages with a clear source attribution (“Source: Valerantio”) and a working link. Full reproduction is permitted only with prior written consent.
3. Liability
Valerantio takes ongoing care to ensure the accuracy of the published information. If, despite this, an inaccuracy appears in an article, you may report it to redactie@valerantio.com and we will correct it within a reasonable period. Liability for indirect damage is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes are submitted to the competent court in Amsterdam, unless mandatory law prescribes otherwise.
